Terms of service.
Last updated: 24 September 2026
These terms cover the Two Fires website, the free Snapshot, the Marketing Diagnosis, the Diagnosis Refresh and the Two Fires Engine. Two Fires is a business of NB Performance Pty Ltd, ABN 25 675 763 050. We're based in Sydney, Australia ("we", "us"). By using any of them you accept these terms.
Read this first: what the findings are and aren't.
Every finding in a Snapshot or Diagnosis is labelled evidence or inference. Together they are a point-in-time observation of how AI systems describe your business, and how your market talks about the problem you solve. They are not a ranking guarantee and not a promise of any commercial outcome. AI systems change their answers without notice, so a result that's true on the day of your report may not be true the week after.
The Snapshot
The Snapshot is free: one page on one business, delivered by email within two business days of your request. It's one per business in any 90-day period. It is a short reading, not a Diagnosis, and not advice. We may decline a request, for example when we can't find enough public evidence to say anything useful, and we'll tell you if we do.
The Marketing Diagnosis
A Diagnosis is four reports (Customer Insight, Messaging Audit, Competitor and Category, and the Marketing Diagnosis Report) on one business website and one nominated service area. You run it yourself in the client portal.
It costs $1,999 + GST, charged once, per business, per Diagnosis. It isn't a subscription. Nothing recurs and there's nothing to cancel. A second brand, a second website or a materially different location is a separate Diagnosis.
The Diagnosis Refresh
A Refresh re-runs all four reports on the same business and the same nominated market, 90 days or more after your Diagnosis. It costs $749 + GST and is a separate purchase. Request it from your portal.
Diagnoses purchased before 24 September 2026 may be re-run at no charge for the same business and the same nominated market.
Turnaround
You run the four stages yourself in the portal, and all four PDFs are emailed to you when Stage 4 is done. We aim to deliver your four reports promptly once Stage 4 runs. If something goes wrong on our side and we can't deliver them, we'll fix it or refund you. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds and cancellation
If you haven't run any stage of your Diagnosis, you can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Once a stage has run, the research has been done and the cost incurred, so we don't refund for change of mind. If we fail to deliver what's described here, you'll get the work fixed or your money back.
Engine credit packs never expire and aren't refundable once bought, but credits spent on a run that fails are returned to your balance automatically. Engine plans can be cancelled any time and stop at the end of the paid month.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a guarantee under that law applies, you keep it.
Who owns the reports
You own your copy of your reports. Use them however you like inside your business, and share them with your own staff, agencies and suppliers. Two Fires keeps the method, the prompts, the software and the report formats, and may use anonymised, aggregated learnings to improve them. Please don't resell the reports or present them as your own product.
The Two Fires Engine (for agents)
- Your API key is your responsibility. Keep it secret. Anything run with your key is charged to your account. If you think it's leaked, email us and we'll revoke it.
- Only submit businesses and websites you're entitled to research. Don't use the Engine for anything unlawful, to harass anyone, or to generate spam.
- Don't try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the Engine's limits and billing. We rate-limit keys and may suspend a key that's being abused.
- The findings disclaimer above applies to every Engine run.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from a Snapshot, Diagnosis, Refresh or Engine use is capped at the fees you paid us for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost business. The Snapshot is free, so no fees means no cap to claim against. None of this excludes a right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.
The website

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, the new version goes here with a new date. A purchase is governed by the terms in place when you made it. Questions: lightmyfuse@two-fires.com. How we handle your data is in our privacy policy.
